Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

• A 40% deposit payment must be made to confirm a booking sessions and the remaining outstanding balance must be paid on the day of the first session.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session.

• Deposits must be made via bank transfer

 

Safety

• Nelly&Co must be informed of any Bite history

• Your dog’s behaviour is your responsibility throughout 1-1 sessions

Marketing/Privacy

• Sessions/training may be filmed or photographed to use for social media and marketing purposes. If you want to opt out of this please let us know.
